14k White Gold 20 inch long x 2MM thick wheat link chain with a lobster clasp holding a highly polished 18 carat white gold 49mm long x 29mm wide x 4mm-5mm thick open lyre shaped pendant hanging from a concealed bail in the triple split top section.
The pendant features a truncated pear shaped rose cut diamond in a tabbed frame in the center below a half-moon rose cut diamond in 11 prongs separated by a narrow bar holding 5 round brilliant cut diamonds bead set across the front. It holds 27 additional round brilliant cut diamonds bead set in center column, 12 round brilliant cut diamonds in the top, and 47 round brilliant cut diamonds bead set each side.
The pendant also has two half-moon shaped rose cut diamonds and one pear shape rose cut diamond mounted together in shared four-prong or five-prong heavy wire settings in the moveable base.
The 138 brilliant cut diamonds gauge as 1.4-1.9mm in diameter each and weight an estimated 2.75 carats total; they are (Vs1-SI2)clarity and (H-I) color.
The half-moon diamond in the center is 5.3mm long x 7.0mm wide x 1.63mm deep and weighs an estimated .45 carat; it is (SI1) clarity and (G) color.
The center diamond measures 8.0mm long x 9.5mm wide x 1.4mm deep and weighs an estimated .80 carat; it is (I1) clarity and (I) color.
The two half-moon rose cut diamonds in the base are 3.1mm long x 3.8mm wide x 1.0mm deep and 3.2mm long x 4.1mm wide x .6mm deep each; they weigh an estimated .15 carat together and are (VS2-SI1) clarity and (D-E) color.
The pear shape rose cut diamond in the base gauges as 5.7mm long x 5.3mm wide x 1.7mm deep; it weighs an estimated .42 carat and is (I1) clarity and (E) color.
The 143 diamonds weigh a manufacturer-stated 4.63 carats combined which is confirmed by the measurements.
The chain is machine-made and is stamped on the clasp A.D. 585 14k Italy; the pendant is of cast fabrication and is stamped on the reverse YS18. The necklace is in excellent condition and weighs 22.3 grams complete.
